Bedroom Spark

All this talk about updating our master bedroom really isn't fair if I'm not going to show you any pictures, now is it?

Just a heads up, it's semi-clean/picked up, but definitely not styled.  We'll save that for when I make those last few updates!

I have a few ideas in mind, but I also have a few things I can't quite figure out what to do with.  If you feel like piping in on some ideas feel free!

Then:

We had a lot of white; curtains, closet doors & bedding, the three biggest things in the room.  Plus the white quilt was getting filthy, like wouldn't even get white with bleach anymore {that was probably way too much info}. So we changed out the bedding over Christmas.

In front of the fire place was wasted space, so I made an upholstered bench {details to come}.  I also added some things to our mantle.

Here are some more pictures and details.

Here are where the questions start.  All the pieces in our room were/are different woods.  That's one reason we're wanting to paint everything.

I started on this dresser, and, well...never got around to painting the drawers.

First question:

Would you finish painting the whole thing blue, or would you switch it up and go with the new green color I told you about here?

Here's the hub's nightstand.  It's kind of sad...well, really sad now that I stole two of the knobs for another piece of furniture.  {I'm actually not even sure he knows, he's never mentioned not having them...}

I think I'm going to paint the nightstand white, like mine.  That part of the wall above the nightstand is bare and I can't decide if that's nice and clutter free or lacking interest...?

So there ya have it, our master bedroom, as is.  We really do like it, but I just want some green to add some balance in the sea of blue.
