Monday Happenings

Hope yall all had a great weekend.  Our's was perfectly uneventful, but exactly what we needed.

G and I picked out a bunch of white pumpkins for the dining room table...
I'm always obsessed with white pumpkins.  Every year. Never gets old.

We also tried some gluten free bread, and I'm actually kind of addicted.  It's kind of like Friendship bread...
but at $6 a box, I think this will have to be something I pick up if and when it goes on sale.  Who knows, if it's that much better for us and the Bean, I might make it a habit.
I repeat, "IT TASTE LIKE FRIENDSHIP BREAD!"

Mom and I went fabric shopping via text messaging.
Thank you modern technology.

A little Saturday night family picnic on the boat.  G really did love it...I promise!

Oh, and I might've had a great girls night with my local ladies!

BUT!
Make sure you check out my girl, Carmel, and her curator's collection on Joss & Main!
How awesome is she?!

Has anybody made a permanent switch to gluten free products?
We definitely aren't there, but we're liking trying it out.

  2. You're so sweet - thanks so much for the shout out girlie! We've been completely gluten free for about 3 months now - and it's one of the best things we've done. I had some issues - I may blog about it someday and that's why we made the decision to go gf. This might sound crazy but Big Lots of all places almost always has a ton of those King Arthur gf boxed mixes - we've tried the cupcakes and muffins but not their bread mix. Also - Trader Joes has the best prices and most variety of all kinds of gf products - pastas - snacks - cereals - etc.
